In living for God, how we see what we see is just as important, and if not more so. In other words, what filter am I looking through? While we cannot, and should not, ignore what happens around us, if we develop the habit of looking with eyes of faith, using the Word of God to filter what we are looking at, or, to use the words of Bishop Simmons, “Find Jesus in every situation”, then we learn to walk by faith.
